Survey: MHS Career Pathways for All Families (2025)

Monson Public Schools is committed to supporting every student—from our youngest learners to our soon-to-be graduates—as they discover their strengths, explore their interests, and prepare for future success. One way we do this is through our expanding Career Pathways, which offer students hands-on learning experiences, career exploration, and opportunities that they can participate in once they reach high school.

This year, Monson High School proudly launched two new pathways:

Medical Assisting Pathway

Our Medical Assisting Pathway introduces students to the healthcare field while preparing them to sit for the Medical Assisting Exam upon completing the program. Students gain valuable skills and experiences that give them a competitive edge in a rapidly expanding industry.

Advanced Manufacturing Pathway

Through our Advanced Manufacturing Pathway, students dive into engineering and manufacturing concepts using industry-standard technology such as 3D printers, CNC machines, and other advanced tools. This pathway encourages students to solve real-world problems while exploring high-demand career fields.

Early College Pathway

Looking ahead, Monson High School is preparing to launch an Early College Pathway beginning in the 2026–2027 school year. This program will allow students to earn significant college credit—potentially up to a full year’s worth—while still in high school.
