Welcome to MPS Budget Talks

As we plan for the 2026–2027 school year, we invite families, staff, and community members to follow along with our Budget Talks video series and process.

Our goal in sharing Budget Talks and related information is to provide transparency, strengthen community understanding, and build confidence in the budget planning process. We believe that the more our community understands how decisions are made, the stronger our schools — and our broader community — become.

We encourage you to check back often for new videos, updates, and information about upcoming meetings as we move through this budget season together.

"Thank you for your engagement in this important work and for your ongoing support of the strength, success, and future of our schools."     — Superintendent Paul N. Foster
