This month is full of energy, learning, and celebration at GV!
As we head into Trimester 3, our focus continues to be on deep understanding — encouraging students to explain their thinking, persevere through challenges, and grow their confidence as independent learners. You’ll see that spirit reflected throughout this month’s highlights.
A few exciting things to look forward to:
March MATHness classroom competitions
Spring Book Fair (March 9–13) with Family Night on March 11
Pi Day (March 13) — one of our favorite ROCKS celebrations!
ELA MCAS Family Secret Letter Challenge (Grades 3–6) — a special way to encourage students during testing
Celebrations for Women’s History Month, National Reading Month, St. Patrick's Day and more
You’ll also find important reminders about:
Morning drop-off (students may not be dropped off before 8:35am)
Parent/Teacher Conferences (Sign Up Here - March 19, 2026 - GV Parent Teacher Conference.pdf)
MCAS preparation and schoolwide support
As always, thank you for partnering with us. Granite Valley is such a special place because of the teamwork between home and school. We are so grateful for your continued support as we nurture thoughtful, capable, and kind learners.
Here’s to a strong and positive March at GV!
