The Eastern Hampden Shared Public Health Services has collaborated with the MA Department of Public Health to offer a FREE Children's COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Sunday, November 21st from 12pm to 5pm. The clinic will be held at the centrally located Wilbraham Town Hall, located at 240 Springfield St., Wilbraham, MA. This clinic is open to residents of Hampden, Longmeadow, Monson, and Hampden.
Please note: REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. We have 200 available appointments and I anticipate they fill quickly. Appointments can be made by scanning the QR code in the attached flyer or by visiting http://bit.ly/3cuc60d. Primary vaccination, as well as boosters, will be available for all ages, though our focus is on children ages 5-17.
