STAND Students for Tolerance Awareness Nurturing Diversity for 9-12 grade students

We will start meeting regularly on Monday September 26th in room 211 at 2:15. If you are interested in making MHS a safe accepting place for everyone, come join.

UNDERSTAND for 7th-8th grade students will meet the following Monday October 4th in room 211 at 2:15. Everyone is welcome.


Picture day is Thursday, Sept 23rd. Picture order Forms were sent home yesterday.

Attention MHS. The Community Service Club is back! We will meet every Wed after school in room 206. All are welcome. The first meeting will be Wed. Sept 29. If you have any questions please see Mr. Roebuck. Start thinking about some projects that you would like to see addressed.

Attention student drivers: TOMORROW is the deadline!!! Parking Permit applications are now available in the Main Office. If you do not get a parking permit by tomorrow, then you should not be parking at the school.

Attention Monson High School: The quiz team will be having its first meeting of the year on Wednesday, September 22nd, after school in Room 311. Anyone from grades 9-12 is welcome to join as we prepare for another season of As Schools Match Wits. If you have any questions, please see either Mrs. Hope or Mr. Mason.

Attention MHS students: The Chess club will start in October. Beginners up to Grandmasters are all welcome. Stay tuned for details. Come play the moves of Fischer, Spassky, Tal and Botvinick! If you have any questions please see Mr. Roebuck in room 206. That is all.

Hello High School Students: Art Club will be held on Tuesdays after school, starting Sept. 28. You may work on murals, paintings, drawings, clay and photography ! Creative minds welcome!

Attention seniors: The Class of 2022 needs drafts for the design of the rock for this year. We will collect your drafts and vote on them at a later date. All design drafts are due by Wednesday, September 22. If you have any questions, please see either Mr. Mason or Mrs. Bradway.

Golf - Monson lost to Palmer 13 to 11.

This Friday, September 24th will be our first spirit day, Flannel Friday! Show your school spirit and celebrate the first official week of fall by wearing a flannel shirt on Friday.
